ClockTheDock (“we”, “us”) operates a web application that helps owner-operators and small fleets prepare detention invoice packages. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Account information you provide: email, company name, MC and DOT numbers, billing name and address.
Documents you upload: rate confirmations, BOL, POD, gate receipts, and other evidence files.
Load and stop data: load numbers, broker contacts, stop timestamps and locations.
Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and basic technical logs (IP, user agent).

How we use it

To provide the service: extract terms from your rate confirmations, calculate detention, generate invoices and evidence packets, and send broker emails on your behalf.
To bill you and manage your subscription.
To improve product reliability and security.
To contact you about your account or material changes to the service.

Third parties we share data with

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
Anthropic — AI extraction of detention terms from uploaded documents.
Resend — transactional and broker email delivery.
Vercel — web application hosting and request logging.

We share with these providers only what they need to operate. We do not sell your data and we do not use the contents of your uploaded documents to train AI models for other customers.

Retention

We retain account, load, and document data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.

Your choices

You can update or delete your data through the application or by emailing us. Residents of certain jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
